Mappa Mundia ticket sales

Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases of tickets for Mappa Mundia, organised by AvonturiaBy purchasing a ticket, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions. -
Validity of tickets

Each ticket is valid on the date and time stated on the ticket.

The ticket can be exchanged from 3 hours before to 3 hours after the time indicated on the ticket.

Outside this time window the ticket will expire and entry may be refused.

Access and control

Tickets will be checked upon entry using the ticket system.

If a ticket is not accepted by the system (for example due to a technical error, duplicate, damage or invalidity), Avonturia reserves the right to deny admission to the ticket holder.

Avonturia is not obliged to provide a refund in such cases, unless there is demonstrable evidence of an error on the part of Avonturia.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for correctly storing and displaying the ticket (digital or printed).

Loss, theft or damage of the ticket does not entitle you to a replacement or refund.

Cancellation and refund

Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable for another date or time, unless Avonturia otherwise determines.

In case of cancellation of the event by Avonturia, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase price or a replacement ticket.

Force Majeure
Avonturia is not liable for the total or partial cancellation of Mappa Mundia due to force majeure, including but not limited to weather conditions, technical failures, government measures, or other unforeseen circumstances. -
Liability
Entering the event site and participating in Mappa Mundia is at your own risk. Avonturia is only liable for damage to the extent that it is the result of intent or gross negligence.
Rights concerning your data
You have the right to inspect, rectify or delete the personal data we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have the data provided by you transferred by us to yourself or directly to another party on your instructions. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with the aforementioned requests.
When we process your personal data on the basis of permission given by you, you will always have the right to withdraw this consent.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact us directly. If we are unable to come to a resolution together, we find this unfortunate. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, this is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.
Avonturia.nl does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law.
