About Avonturia de Vogelkelder
Avonturia de Vogelkelder is the largest and most adventurous pet store in the BeNeLux. With a wide range of pet supplies, a range of exotic animals and a unique experience for our visitors, we are known for our excellent service and expertise. Our store is a place where customers find inspiration, get advice and discover a wide range of animals and products. In addition to the extensive shopping experience Avonturia also a mini-zoo Mappa Mundia, a wonderful world where young and old can explore with a world map in hand. There is an attractive restaurant for our visitors who want to take a break from their experiences Avonturia's Kitchen where you can enjoy 'All over the World' dishes.
In addition to the physical store Avonturia about an extensive webshop with more than 15.000 products! There is also the Avonturia B2B, which supplies products to retailers and distributors at home and abroad. The range is very diverse and contains various brands, including our own brand Back Zoo Nature. We send our products all over the world from our wholesaler in The Hague.

Will you join our team?
Are you administratively strong, customer-oriented and a whiz at maintaining an overview? As an Internal Service Employee, you are the linchpin in our organization and ensure that all processes run smoothly. You support the various departments and are the point of contact for both colleagues and our customers. With your proactive attitude and eye for detail, you contribute to the success of our team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who:
- Organized and accurate, with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to work well in a team and take responsibility independently.
- Has strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Has an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- Customer-friendly and solution-oriented thinking and acting.
- Recognizes our core values: Unique, Innovative, Adventure, Familiar and Knowledge.
- Preferably experience in a similar position, but we are also open to motivated starters!
