There are delightful bartenders ready to take your seats and we have a wide variety of dog drinks and snacks to choose from. These can be enjoyed from the special beer trays at the bar.
This cozy dog bar is located at the back of the Dog World of Avonturia† A central place that invites you to take a rest while visiting Avonturia† This is also the ideal place to meet other dogs, dog owners and the team of Avonturia to meet.

Opening hours
The Dog Pub is open 7 days a week during the opening hours of Avonturia, in The Hague. Do you and your four-legged friend need to take a break while shopping while enjoying a snack and drink? Or do you have to think about the color of a new dog bed? Then take a seat at our dog bar and our Dog World team will provide you with something delicious.
Reservation is not necessary!
Origin of the Dog Pub
When the largest pet store in the BeNeLux, Avonturia de Vogelkelder, which was officially opened in 2010, was also the unveiling of the first dog pub in the world, called: “Dog Pup”. Loyal four-legged friends from The Hague and surroundings came to the opening of this cozy bar in the Dog World of Avonturia† The Dog Pup quickly became a meeting place where dogs and their owners have pleasant encounters and conversations with each other, the team of Avonturia and other dogs with owners. All this while enjoying alcohol-free dog beer or wine and a tasty snack.
This pub can be found on the Dog World of Avonturia in The Hague. Even as far as China and Japan it was world news, a real dog bar, where your dog can order a real dog beer or something tasty to snack on!? Yes, it really is possible in The Hague!
