About Avonturia
Avonturia de Vogelkelder is the largest and most adventurous pet store in the BeNeLux. With a wide range of pet supplies, a range of exotic animals and a unique experience for our visitors, we are known for our excellent service and expertise. Our store is a place where customers find inspiration, get advice and discover a wide range of animals and products. In addition to the extensive shopping experience Avonturia also a mini-zoo Mappa Mundia, a wonderful world where young and old can explore with a world map in hand. The range is very diverse and contains various brands, including our own brand Back Zoo Nature. We send our products all over the world from our wholesaler in The Hague.

What does your working day look like?
Avonturia De Vogelkelder has a wide range of everything related to animals and nature. We are a specialty pet shop, mini zoo, restaurant, and adventure store all in one. Behind the counter, you see all sorts of things pass by: from large birdcages, exotic plants, and rodents to fish and various beautiful gemstones.
Checkout operations: You are responsible for processing our customers' purchases. You ensure the quick and accurate handling of payments. You are the face of our store and play an important role in keeping customers satisfied.
Speaking to customers: With your friendly and helpful attitude, you answer all customer questions and assist them where necessary. Your duties primarily consist of cashier work, assisting customers, processing returns, and cleaning around the cash registers. Every day, you work in a fun and friendly team, and together you are responsible for ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
